    We were on vacation last year in Kitty Hawk. Our real estate company (which was wonderful) gave us a complimentary pound of coffee at check in...well, what a wonderful surprise! My husband isn't much of a coffee drinker (maybe once a month he'll have a cup on a Sunday morning), but let me tell you this...when I ask him now if he would like coffee, the answer is ALWAYS "if it's Kill Devil Coffee - I'll have 2 cups?" Before we left to come home, we went to the Front Porch Cafe to buy more to bring home. We bought 2 lbs. for my brother and his girlfriend, who both absolutely LOVE coffee, for Christmas. They can't stop talking about how good it was. Guess what...they're getting more this year. I only make this on the weekends for a "special treat" for us.
